The Golden Lion Bars
The Golden Lion Hotel has been a free house for the last eighteen years and the three public bars all provide traditional hand pulled ales.
The Lounge - a large comfortable room with a fine collection of plates and brass blow torches on display.
The flag floored Tap Room - An ideal place for people who enjoy outdoor activities - even in wet weather there is no need to remove boots to enjoy a refreshing drink. At weekends this room is used extensively by the local pothole clubs and singing sessions are not uncommon. Visitors with musical instruments and plenty of enthusiasm are welcome!

Awards for the keeping of the beer include Camra Pub of the Season and Theakson Grand Master Trophy for winning the award of excellence on three occasions.
